Shakira revine ca voce în Zootopia pentru personajul Gazelle, dar și cu o piesă nouă după melodia „Try Everything” din filmul original din 2016.

Regizat de Hannah Lux Davis, videoclipul combină interpretarea ei live, într-o ținută asemănătoare cu a personajului, cu imagini din film. În plus, în videoclip mai este omagiată și Gala Zootenial care celebrează cea de-a 100-a aniversare a zidurilor de protecție împotriva intemperiilor din oraș, trenul Zootopia Express care se apropie de metropola animalelor și o stâncă abruptă pe care Shakira o escaladează împreună cu Judy și Nick.

Muzica și versurile piesei „Zoo” sunt scrise de Ed Sheeran, Blake Slatkin și Shakira. Melodia este produsă de Blake Slatkin, Alex (A.C.) Castillo, Shakira și Sheeran.

Filmul Zootopia 2 are premiera în cinematografe pe 26 noiembrie.
